THE AWARENESS COLLECTIVE
A 12-month spiritual exploration designed to awaken clarity, presence, and the remembrance of who you truly are. The Awareness Collective is a year-long spiritual immersion for people who want to awaken to their lives — not escape them.
It’s a virtual community where you can practice, with real devotion, the art of untangling from the noisy, identity-driven mind and returning to what every nondual tradition points toward: your infinite nature that’s been here all along.
Each month, we explore one theme through the lens of lived experience — not theory. No spiritual perfectionism. No fixing yourself. Just the honest work of seeing clearly, meeting your humanity without shame, and learning how to live from the part of you that has never been broken.

SOUND HEALING WITH MARGO

In my work as a vibrational sound therapist, I know what a profound effect sound healing can have on the nervous system. Even in the normal course of life, we can get overwhelmed with stress, worry, depression, and other emotions, which may affect our sleep, physical and mental performance, and general sense of wellbeing. Our bodies become contracted, energy doesn't flow, and we may experience discomfort, dis-ease, and even pain. The extreme challenges we are facing now as a nation are unprecedented and feel completely outside of our control, and it is more important than ever to practice self-care so that we can remain strong in body, mind, heart, and spirit to be present with what is and to keep doing what we can for ourselves and those we love.
My sound healing practice involves placing therapeutic singing bowls directly on and around the body, which allows the vibrations to be conducted throughout at a cellular level and results in complete relaxation of the body and mind. In fact, we often don't realize just how stressed we are until we experience the deep relaxation that results from this practice. If you feel this is something that can help you, I would like to be of service to you and am available on a pay-what-you-can basis, even if that means free of charge. I want to help and I don't want finances to keep you from reaching out for something that can be life changing for you. I've seen over and over again how beneficial it can be on so many levels... and sometimes even something rather magical can happen!
